250 West 90th Street is a New York City apartment building located at Broadway and West 90th Street in New York City.The 22-story brick building was designed by architects and Philip Birnbaum & Associates for real estate developers Harvey Schulweis and Bill P. Nikolis.
The building occupies the site of the 1914 Standard Theater, Thomas W. Lamb, it was in use as a supermarket before being razed to construct the present condominium tower.
