Veltrusy (Czech pronunciation: [ˈvɛltrusɪ]; German: Weltrus) is a small town in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It is situated 25 km north of Prague, and it has about 1,600 inhabitants.
A château Veltrusy Mansion, which is surrounded by a large forest park, borders the town. The château is open to the public for visits.
